Partner Bio

OnlineNotary.us provides a system for commissioned notaries public to perform online notarizations. The OnlineNotary system is currently available in Texas, but will also soon be available in the several other states that have recently passed statues authorizing notarizations.

The OnlineNotary system is designed around the statues and regulations that govern online notary transactions. The application is delivered in a secure, fault-tolerant infrastructure that is easy to use for both notaries and end-user signers.

OnlineNotary is proud to partner with IdenTrust as a trusted digital signature issuer for our commissioned notary public users. All notaries public using the OnlineNotary system must have an IdenTrust IGC digital certificate that will be used to sign and seal each document.

Choosing Your Certificate

Choose "BUY NOW" and select IGC Notaries | Basic Assurance | Individual Identity | Software Storage, provide proof of identity in the application wizard to be provided a digital certificate that may be utilized with your RON or eNotary service provider.

If you require a higher level of assurance, select IGC | Medium Assurance | Individual Identity | Software Storage, complete the application and download needed forms to be presented to a notary for proofing and completion then returned to IdenTrust registration to complete your application.
